Last Friday Mark and I went to the One of a Kind Craft show! We always enjoy checking out our favourite booths, plus seeing what is new! Above are tea towels from Coy Depot! I didn’t get any (however, I may when I go back on Friday), but Mark did get a t-shirt! I love there retro prints and fun sayings they put with them!
If you have any interest in Canadian Politics then you need to check out the Political Circus! She makes puppets of all your favourite Political ‘Celebrities’. Mark has a little collection going.
I love these Cat Cameos by Roxypop! So cute and reasonably priced!!
If I didn’t make my own Christmas cards I would definitely send these out! I love Toronto Art and I love these cards!! You can check out all of her designs at Flakes Paperie!
Speaking of Toronto I love these maps by Dave Murray! I am just waiting for him to do a map of Queen W/Trinity Bellwoods, then I will buy one!
These change purses by Mally Designs were so cute! I bought the Pirate Girl one for Gemma. They also do bibs, passport holders and luggage tags!
And if your man isn’t interested in shopping, he can go and hang out in the Man Cave!! They had comfy couches, a tv showing sports and a little putting hole and more!! It is sponsored by FIDO.
There is always lots to see at the One of a Kind show! We are going again on Friday to see some of the new booths from the 5day/6day area! The One of a Kind show ends on Sunday, December 2nd, so you still have time to check it out!!
Some fun events to check out this week!!
Lowe’s Toronto Christmas Market starts November 30th and runs until December 16th at the Distillery District! We have gone the last 2 years! What we have learned is if you go on the weekend, especially in the evening, there are 3 hour waits to get into the restaurants! However, the Bakery does great sandwiches and Pot Pies, you just have to sit outside!
Swell Sundays: Christmas in the Age of Radio starts the Sunday, December 2nd at the Spadina Museum. It also takes place on the 9th and 16th.
Casa Loma – Mozarts Magical Castle also opens this weekend and runs throughout December!
