I weigh-in at Weight Watchers every week, but the first weigh-in of the month is the one that counts! I don’t like surprises, that is why I check to see how I have done each week – I don’t wait to find out that I have gained too much weight. As long as I am no more than 2lbs above my goal weight, I continue to be able to attend meetings for FREE! Today marks 8 months of maintaining my weight! I have found lately though I don’t have any new knowledge to share with you on ways to keep active or tips for choosing foods, that I haven’t already shared over the past 2 years. So I am going to be only posting a Weight Watchers post once a month to keep me accountable! I will let you know how my month went and what challenges I might have encountered.
I am happy that I have been able to encourage and inspire some of you to try to lose weight as well. We all like to eat yummy things and it is definitely an ongoing challenge. I think about food all day long, but try to make the right decisions for me, and that does include eating a piece of chocolate daily.
