Ep. 920 – Dina Wakley makes us a Tag & we are Giving it Away!!

CHA Winter 2014 - Day 3

We had a chance to go back and see Dina at CHA, and she made us an tag using her new paints, stencils and stamps! She used the Scribbly Birds stamp, which is one of my favourites!

Dina’s paints and brushes will be available at Simon Says Stamp! They are at the bottom of page one and there are more on page 2. Her stamps are also available at Simon Says Stamp – just search for Dina Wakley and all of her products will appear! The Paints are to be released in April/May.     I LOVE this tag! and all of Dina’s work and would love to get her new paints when they are released. I mostly use inks, gelatos and watercolor crayons. Thanks for the chance to win this oh so lovely tag!

    LOVE Dina! I can’t wait to get her new stamps and inks.
    I love using papers in my art. I distress them, stencil them, paint, them, ink them, gesso them, anything you can think of to make them NOT look like they looked when I originally started with them. But they make a great foundation for anything else that you want to put on them.

    I love the tag Dina made and would really like to win it.
    When I’m crafting I love to use the Dylusions line but I can’t wait to use Dina Wakley’s stamps !

      I forgot to say….I took her birdie class and I’m one of the one’s who couldn’t draw a birdie…LOL! I’m so glad she’s got birdie stamps!!!

      Having a hard time remembering all I want to say…LOL!! I use anything that will colorize….paint, inks, gelatos, watercolors, colored pencils…you get the idea.

    Oh, this is so cute. I scrapbook and have lots of stamps but would like to use them more. I use ink and markers for colouring but I can see that I need to get some of her paints. Thanks for Scraptime, I always look forward to a new episode.

    What a gorgeous tag! I love Dina’s artwork and have had to put quite a few of her new products on my wishlist! I’m enjoying stencilling at the moment and using embossing paste. Thanks for sharing and the chance to win :-)

    Love this tag! Lately I use dies a lot, but just took a class in stencils, so plan to do some experimenting with them. I have resisted acrylics in favor of watercolor pencils and gelatos, but Dina’s new line looks intriguing. Thanks for a chance to win.

    Dina is fantastic in her demo. She is so relaxed and a joy to watch. I love her tips and her tag is awesome! I enjoy using paints, stains and stencils with gesso or embossing paste. I always use a ton of embellishments (pearls, brads, ribbons, ideology stuff, etc.) Thanks for sharing your videos from CHA and your tutorials as well. We are blessed to have you in our creative corner! I would love to win this tag!

    I love trying and playing with everything, paints, distress stains, paint and ink, stamps, my Gelli plate, different papers, all sorts of tools etc. I love to try new techniques and new products but I also am happy with ink pads and stamps. It is just fun to create with whatever!

    I love this little Birdie Tag! Along with paints, stencils, and big brush pens, Birds are one of my favorite items to use in my art. I am going to have to get this awesome stamp!     I am using a lot of brightly colored sprays and inks on most everything. Dina’s tag is so cute. I am always a sucker for birdies.

    Sweet bird! Dina is a natural with designs and colours. I’m looking forward to trying out her paints. I use sprays, acrylic paints, inka golds, gelatos, moulding paste, stencils, stamps, and inks. So nice of you to share this tag!

    Christine I always look forward to your fantastic youtube video’s and now especially the one with Dina Wakley.
    I’m obsessed with birds having owned canary, love birds and now an African Grey. I deal in mixed media which leaves me broke so I am going to skip breakfast to buy those bird stamps now. Thanx again for the Dina Wakley bird tag.
