So my Weight Watchers posts are about 2 weeks behind. To catch you up to date, I lost 2 lbs, then I lost 0.2 lbs and this week I gained 1.6 lbs. I am now 3.4 lbs away from my goal. It’s frustrating that in the past, 3 lbs would be gone in 2 weeks and now it is all up and down. I continue to track and I continue to walk. I think this week I am going to focus on eating more veggies, less fruit, less starch and less sugar. I just need to reach my goal so I can start maintenance!!
