For the entire Summer I have weighed the same!! I changed my exercising, I have tracked everything I ate, I haven’t eaten too much!! Last week I lost 1.6 lbs, only to gain it back this week!! What makes this more frustrating is that I am 3.8 lbs away from my goal!! That’s it!! I only have to lose 3.8 lbs!! But I stay the same! After this frustration I decided to make my goal the top of my allowed BMI. Originally I wanted to be 11 lbs below, and then 2 pounds below. Now, I just want to lose 3.8 lbs to reach my goal. I’m going to keep on exercising and tracking and eating well and hopefully my body will say finally decide to shed those last few pounds!!!
