For the month of July I stayed the same in my weight. This included my trip to Vegas. So I knew I had to change something. I decided to change the intensity of my workout. I got on my running gear and did my walk down to the lake like I used to. I walked fast, jogged a bit, and went up and down stairs and hills. I did this 2 days to get my metabolism going! And guess what!! It worked!! That week I lost 1.6lbs! And when you are so close to your goal, that is a huge amount!! I am going to keep it up a couple days a week, mixed in with my regular walking around the city!
