Wow, Day 1 is done!! It started at 8am checking out some press kits. I then attended the Innovations Showcase where 20 companies presented their innovative products! Some of them include The Crafter’s Workshop Templates, Teresa Colllins Stamp Maker, Epiphany Crafts embellishment maker, Westcott’s new Trimmer, Frames for your 3D items and a product that combines scrapbooking with a voice recorder that was very cool.
The show opened at 10am, with Provo Craft right at the entrance. And they have come out with a new product that prints and cuts in one machine, called the Cricut Imagine! Plus they have teamed up with 4 designers/companies including Cosmo Cricket!!! Can’t wait to check out those designs!!
Tim Holtz is all over CHA!! He has his Ideaology at the Advantus booth! One of my favorite new pieces is his ribbon pack! You get 1 yard of a Rosette ribbon, an elastic ruffle ribbon, and a crinkle ribbon. It comes in white, but can be dyed with any dye re-inker!! Amazing!!! (See picture below!)

House of 3 have teamed up with Pink Paislee to come up with an amazing collection of papers and embellishments!! The paper are printed, but also have some resist printing on them, making them perfect to use with your sprays and distress inks!
Claudine Hellmuth has designed a line of whimsical stamps! These include solid foam stamps, great to use with her line of paint, then clear acrylic stamps with the outlined image, so you can stamp over the solid image!!!
I also love the Lost and Found Collection from My Mind’s Eye!! A beautiful selection of papers, embellishments, buttons and stamps!!
Spellbinders has a new Die Cutting machine, the Grand Calibur! This machine is 8″ wide to fit the new Grand Nestabilities!
Imaginisce has new components for the iTop!! Now you can make headbands, clip barrettes, decorative Bobby pins and rings!!! Very cool!!
Echo Park Paper is a new paper company with fresh, clean designs!!
I loved these canvas shapes from Punky Sprouts. You can stamp them, spray them or dye them, then roll them into canvas flowers!!!
The Alice in Wonderland collection from Graphic 45 is amazing!!! I can’t wait to get some of that!!
I ended my day at the ProvoCraft Gala! We were treated to an artist that makes amazing portraits in a matter of minutes, choreographed to music!! It was amazing to watch him throw paint around and to have them turn into these fabulous paintings. I did some video of it that will be posted next week when I get home. In the meantime I will leave you with the finished works of art!!! Tomorrow I have a pile more companies to visit!!
