CHA Winter 2013 - Day 4

Well, CHA is done again for another 6 months, but the fun continues here on Scrap Time!! First up today is Doilies! Doilies have been around for a bit, but are still going strong! Above are Doily stamps from Maya Road.

CHA Winter 2013 - Day 4

Here is a cute Doily paper by Teresa Collins.

CHA Winter 2013 - Day 2

Or, do you like the new Feather trend! There are big, fluffy feathers like these from Bella Blvd.

CHA Winter 2013 - Day 1

There are also smaller feathers, like the rub-ons and paper and vellum feathers from Jenni Bowlin!

So, Would You Rather use Doilies or Feathers?

Voting closes Wednesday, January 16th at midnight!! And I will be picking winners each day to win some prizes I picked up at CHA!! Be sure to go back and vote for the last 3 days as well! Then on Thursday I will be posting the trend winner from each day for a final showdown! Who will reign Trend Supreme!!!

And be sure to check out my photos on Flickr! I have taken over 1600 photos!!

I’m a giant fan of radial symmetry, so doilies all the way. Now, if you were to propose a throw-down between doilies and snowflakes, that would be way harder to choose.

  59. Posted January 16, 2013 at 2:36 am | Permalink

I think I had enough with doilies. Still love them, will still use them but let’s try something else :) Feathers!

  60. Cindy Strickland
    Posted January 16, 2013 at 2:38 am | Permalink

I think doilies match my style and are more versatile than feathers. I use the really inexpensive ones from the grocery store and cut them up, ink and spray them, scrunch them into flowers. Many more uses than feathers, I’d say.

  61. Posted January 16, 2013 at 5:39 am | Permalink

Feathers! I love them, but can never find *exactly* the ones I need. :)

  62. Posted January 16, 2013 at 5:53 am | Permalink

I have never worked with feathers, bus they give a great texture, so out of my comfortzone and go with the feathers!

Thanks for the opportunity to win!
