    I have heard a couple of studies show that if you drink out of a straw you will drink more water through out the day, mine has increased a ton since I switched to a cup similar to yours.
    My daughter and I are starting WW on Monday, thanks for sharing your journey, you have alot of good tips and tricks. I have a similar body shape and size to yours before you started WW so you are a good role model for me…lol. Looking forward to your CHA coverage, it is always the best!!

    It’s funny how something simple like that can make such a difference, isn’t it? I have to drink a lot of water for health reasons, and I tend to drink hot water (sounds revolting but it’s not, honest! lol) and since I swapped to making up flasks throughout the day, I can keep track of how much I’ve drunk and it means I can just top up constantly which encourages me to drink too (rather than going back and forwards to the kettle). Well done on the weigh in and have fun in CA!

    You and a couple of other people have inspired me to give Weight Watchers a try! I will try to start off with lots of water and see how it goes. I love chocolate – any tips on ways to have some but still lose weight?

      I have chocolate weekly!! Stick to individual pieces – like the wrapped Truffles fro Godiva. 4 truffles = 6 points. But when you eat 1=1 point. Calculate other chocolates and then eat half a chocolate bar instead of the whole thing. You can always enjoy chocolate, just in moderation.
