Today I am showing you an album I made of the American Girl Cruise that Gemma and I went on a year ago! I am using the American Crafts Memorology Page Protectors with Studio Calico products! I loved the variety of page protectors offered by American Crafts. It made putting together this album quick, and I was able to include all of the photos I took! I started by organizing my photos. Then I worked my way through the album deciding which page protector I would use. After I completed that, I then started adding in the papers and journalling and putting it all together.
This page offers 4 3″x4″ spots. I chose to use them for photos on this page, but on other pages I added in some Studio Calico Journaling Cards.
This page has a 12″x4″ pocket across the top. I glued 2 photos to a piece of paper and inserted it in the slot. I added some tape on the top, so the insert wouldn’t fall out of the album.
Here there is a 2″x12″ pocket. On some pages I added journaling and on others I just added a piece of decorative paper.
I still did a few layouts in the book. However, I kept them simple. For me it was more about sharing the stories and getting my photos together.
I used the Studio Calico Classic Calico Vol. 3 papers, the Weekday Badges and the Journaling Cards in this album!
