I spent the last 5 days at my Mom’s!! I tried to be good, but there was so much delicious food being offered that I wouldn’t normally eat! I had Perogi’s, french fries, turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, spaghetti, pizza, croissants made by Gemma and myself, smoked turkey and kelbosa! Then there was the desserts! Cookies, brownies, mints, chocolate, fudge, donuts, cinnamon buns and see that pie above! Gemma and I made it at a class and saved it for Christmas! And I had 2 amazing slices of it with Cool Whip! Do I regret eating any of it? NO!!! It was all worth the calories! I did drink lots of water and ate my cereal for breakfast and my fruit for lunch!
So on our way out of St. Catharine’s I stopped in at a Weight Watchers store to be weighed! I wanted to know what the damage was! I had negatives in my tracker so I was ready for it! In the end I gained 1.3lbs!! No biggie, I can lose that in a week or 2! I don’t regret eating a thing and I am happy I allowed myself to enjoy some of my favourite foods!
