I love to see all the tasty food on Pinterest! I came across this Crash Hot Potatoes recipe on the Pioneer Woman site and thought I would give it a try! I cook on parchment paper, eliminating the oil on the pan. The first time I made them I thought how great they would be with cheese. So the 2nd time I made them I added some Kraft Low Fat cheese and a bit of low fat sour cream and they were delicious!! I have since made them again! This is definitely a recipe I will make on a regular basis!
This past week I lost 0.6lbs! I leave Tuesday for Disney World! I won’t have weight updates, but I will report on eating at Disney!
