I love my chips! My favourite chips are Lays Salt & Vinegar! Yum!! So when I joined Weight Watchers I knew I would need to curb my chip intake. That is when I was introduced to Pop Chips! The potatoes are Popped, not fried, not baked. I don’t really understand how they do that, but they are yummy. My favourite Pop Chip flavour is BBQ! I also like Sour Cream and Onion and Regular. However, I personally, do not like Salt & Vinegar. Can’t measure up to Lays. A half serving (pictured in bowl) is 2PP, a full serving is 4PP. A half serving usually does it. These Pop Chips have allowed me that crunchy, salty taste that I crave. However, I have snuck in a Lays Salt & Vinegar chip from time to time. They are still so tasty!!
So how have I been doing on the scales? 2 weeks ago I lost 1.2 lb, and this week I lost 1.4 lb!!! I hope to keep on losing!!
