With Summer now in full swing one of my favourite foods are Hamburgers!! But Hamburgers can be filled with so many calories!! So I have found a way to enjoy a Hamburger and Fries whenever I want to! I start with the Blue Menu Sirloin Burgers. These are 4 PPV each! You could always make your own burger with extra lean beef. Now you should check your buns carefully. Wonder buns are 4PPV, but Dempster’s came in at 3 PPV! If you are adding BBQ sauce, that’s another PPV. Then I like to add some cheese – I use 1/6 cup of the Kraft Light cheese, for 1 PPV and, finally top it with Ketchup, another PPV. So my made at home burger has now totalled 10 PPV!! So, imagine how many points a burger at a restaurant is!! I like to serve some Mc Cain Frozen Fries baked in the oven, for 3 PPV! In the end I can have a burger and fries for 13 PPV – half my daily allotment, but that is OK with me!!!
BTW – another successful week at the scales! I lost 2 lbs!!
