Ep. 299 – Flower Gift Toppers

Flower Gift Topper

Today I am showing you a cute Flower Gift Topper. You need 4 – 1/2″ strips 6″ long, and 4 – 1/2″ strips 9-12″ long. You then pierce a hole in the middle of all 8 strips and 1/4″ end from both ends on all strips. Now take a brad, and starting with the smaller strips, put each strip on to the brad. Fan them out so they are evenly spaced. Then take the ends of the strips and put them onto the brad. This forms the top flower. Repeat again with the long strips. Close up the brad and you now have a cute flower to add to your gifts!

Looks simple enough that even I can do it!
Thanks for sharing – and timely – I have lots of presents to wrap!!!

  2. What a wonderful tutorial! I love this idea and have tagged it in my Reader! Thanks!

  3. Deb C. says:

Thanks for this great idea! I used my crop-a-dile to punch holes through all of the strips at once. This was super easy, with a beautiful effect. My husband said “wow!” when he saw it – and it’s hard to impress him!

    Love the podcast!
