Ep. 157 - Altering Clear Buttons and Our 1 Year Anniversary Contest!!!!

Ep157 - Altering Clear Buttons and One Year Anniversary Contest
WOW!!! We have been doing Scrap Time for 1 year!!!! I hope you are enjoying the episodes!! My goal is to try and show you some of the latest products on the market before you buy them and learn some new techniques while we are at it!! Our audience has grown and I hope it continues to grow!! Please forward my site to all stampers and scrappers you know!!

And you may notice a few changes to the site! We are trying to make Scrap Time easier to view! We know a lot of you are on PC’s, but the show is made on a MAC so we have tried to find a common ground. We are adding this new Flash Player so you can watch the episode right here on the site! We didn’t do this earlier because we couldn’t find a program that kept up the clarity of the program that we desire. We want to offer you the crispest image available so we can see the detail in what I am showing you. So let us know what you think!

And now for today’s show!!! I am showing you a variety of ways to alter clear buttons!! By using acrylic paints, Staz-on, Copic Markers, rub-ons, Peel-off stickers, Stickles, patterned paper, embroidery thread and by layering them you can create some unique buttons to co-ordinate with your layouts and cards!!!

    HAPPY 1st ANNIVERSARY!

I have just been watching all the things you can do with clear buttons. My goodness, what patience you have.

It’s nice that we can now watch the episodes directly from the website, but where has the iTunes download gone? I can’t save them anymore without that.

I loved the episode where you were using the Enveloper. I purchased one in the fall last year after seeing a demo, and have never used it, because I couldn’t remember how. Thank you for showing me. Now I can use it again.

Your episodes are great, but PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, could you speak a little slower.

    Thanks again,

    Sheila

I found you by accident on iTunes, I was looking for something “crafty” to watch, and there you were - and I haven’t looked back since, so many great ideas and reviews, and you have actually saved me money on more than one occasion (unless you talk to my hubby, then he will say you have cost me money on more than 99 occasions! LOL)

What a top ep as well, I have clear buttons that I use to highlight things, have done the paper thing before, but all those other ideas are just WOW and now I might need to go get me some more clear buttons! LOL We won’t tell hubby, ok?

Take care, thanks heaps and looking forward to seeing the grunge board!! It’s very new here in Aust, and expensive, but I will listen intently as you tell me whether I need to buy some or not!! LOL

Many Congratulations on your first anniversary. When asked a question about Flashplayer craft related production, I always send up a silent prayer for the person that made it. Not everyone has the facility through, maybe disability or ill health to attend workshops or conventions, and maybe does not even have a craft store in their area. So, being able to watch a reaL time player not only helps with the technical know how in how to improve on their own crafting, but also gives them an insight into the very best available products.Keep up the good work, and my thanks go to The Stamp Shack for steering me to your excellent website.

I just found a link to your website, and heard that you had some amazing videos. I just watched the clear buttons, and can’t believe how many different ideas you thought of! I liked the look with the copic markers! I don’t have any. I wonder if it would work with any other markers. I also really liked the rubons and stazon!
I plan to watch lots more of your videos! Thank you.
