		<description><![CDATA[Hey Christine!  Its funny that you posted that, because I planned on pizza for dinner on Friday night.  I had a veggie pizza, which was loaded with &quot;0&quot; point veggies.  I had 2 slices @ 8 points per slice.  It was so fabulous.  But even though I planned it, and it worked in, I feel guilty for having it.  But I weigh in on Thursday, so I hope ii will all be okay.
The funny thing is, I eat all these veggies and lean protein and stay satiated for a few gours after I eat, but after the pizza, I was actually hungry an hour later.  I did not eat, I drank water instead, but it goes to show that the pizza is not something to eat oftem.  Empty calories.  But I did enjoy it.]]></description>

One of the things she was saying was exactly what you are making a point about.  Sometimes giving in isn&#039;t all bad, but be realistic about it and just because you may go &quot;off plan&quot; for one thing doesn&#039;t mean you throw in the towel.  Just get back on plan after that, you haven&#039;t &quot;ruined&quot; the whole thing, just veered off once.  My big thing, as a diabetic, is carb intake and she gave me a very reasonable number of carbs to go by.  One thing for me to remember is that there are a lot of filling veggies out there that I can eat.
